I Great minds must think alike <G>. I got my lazy butt up too this morning and did a tape. I only did the 8 minute Live workout so I didn't " push too hard " and then get discouraged. I don't have much energy yet in the mornings...but my goal is to be able to do a 30 min. work out 3 times a week in the mornings. I also did the Basic Live tape this weekend from the Live 4 Pack set. What a great time I had. I wish I had known about these other tapes awhile ago. What a difference compared to the studio basic tape. Much more energy and much more work too! I tended to get bored with the studio basic tape and found I wasn't really pushing myself when I did it...but the Live tape sure made things much more exciting. There would be no more road rage! I think you finally found-out you were meant to be a morning exercise person and you can always do the second half of an Advanced the next morning too just remember to warm-up before and stretch at the end of all of the work-outs Barb who never enjoys working-out later in the day

When I lost all of my weight, I was working out every morning. Besides the mood boost, it gave me motivation to eat right during the day! Mornings it is! Well, until my gym opens, because I can't get there in the morning. But I could do Tae-Bo in the morning and then head to the gym for weights! Yay! Guest guest
WAY to go ! Daylight savings time probably provides the perfect oppurtunity to start working out in the morning before you adjust to the new time. I MAY attempt to workout tomorrow since I wint be able to in the evening. Thanks for the inspiration. << I have a brag!! I got my lazy butt up and did a basic tape this morning!! I did BL7 and I looooove that tape! Anyone who is looking for a new basic tape, get that one!! I usually don't work out in the morning because I don't have much time before school. I always assume that since I don't have the time to do a whole hour, why bother? Well, this basic tape kicked my butt! I really focused on contracting the muscles when I was going through it. I got just a good of a workout as when I flail through the advanced tapes. LOL! I think I am going to make it a goal to do a half hour every morning. It's better than nothing! I think I >> Thats a really good point and one that I've found to be true..I often hear folks say I'm finding the Basic too easy...That may be true and there is always a point to give the Advance a try..but the basic can be challenging if you make it that way..by contracting the muscles..focusing more on breathing..adding a few extra punches while is giving one of his infamous speeches etc. I also like BL7 and found it a challenge..I've also combined Basic tapes in the past to make an hour workout when I don't have enough high energy for full out Advance...and i find I get just as good of a workout..Anyways, just wanted to comment..
