I know it's hard to take time off sometimes, but please remember that muscle builds during rest periods. can tell you about that. She used to workout excessively without rest and she says she has no muscle tone at all. Now look at her! Try to remember that rest is good Kathy You are doing such a great job! Keep it up!!
