Guest guest
a very good cleaning of the room should be done. really the only way you may know if the room is now liveable is by trying it out. thats how I first started getting ill, by a roof leak that ran straight down to the wall over my bed. good luck, hopefully you've caught it in time and it's been properly remediated. you should wear a good mask when cleaning it or get someone else to. also you should wash everything in that room. cloths in the closet, ect. if possable take everything out but the bed and first see, after a good cleaning if you tolerate that, than wash and bring back in one thing at a time and see if that changes anything in how your felling. really, you are your best guide. the problems with your work at a sick building may complacate things a little or a lot. you possably are wearing contaminated cloths home. and if your work place is contributing to your illness it's going to be hard to sort out what or where is more problematic. if your not washing your sinuses it might be a good idea to start. also ,you might want to make a special effort to shower and wash work cloths when you get home and wash your sinuses, because if you are carrying contamination on you and on your cloths from work and continue wearing them you can keep suffering because your basicly still getting exposure from work. --- In , " madrigall11_80 " <madrigall11_80@...> wrote: > > I am new to the group and have some questions.
