done an investigation on the net and seem that they are sending those letters since last year and seem to be for everyone independent of the age of the child, I read cases where the child is only had 7 years old, it is just a way to covers things in case there is a misuse of money reported to them, I heard that some social services/local authority are taking that on their hands as a way to course parents, I know local cases personally.

Thanks . The letter is quite intimidating and I can see how they are

covering themselves. Terrible to hear of social services/LA getting involved.
