Migraines can be from lack of oxygen.   Deep breathing and stay relaxed as

humanly possible.   Also if you go to vitabrain.com   You can order

Piracetam.   My Dr turned me onto it 2 yrs ago.    It was developed for

mountain climbers, its only job is to get oxygen to your brain.   really helps

with brain fog

Thanks, Kathy! I have an organic cotton mask with a carbon filter. I'll

have to pack a small bottle of the water/baking soda because of the liquid

restrictions. I plan to take extra CSM with me. It's the headaches I fear the

most because the are so debilitating! When I get one I can't even function

and I don't want to miss graduation. What is your detox protocol? SSR

Thanks for the headache info. I'll check it out! How many tablets do you

take for migraines? Should I take it prior to boarding? SSR

Looking up informaiton on Piracetam , I found many found it helpful in a wide

variety of application of serious health problems and little to no side effects,

yet the FDA, in it's consistent history of prohibiting anything that is helpful

to anyone except for pharmaceutical products has it on it's chopping block to

ban:

Of course they would!! The FDA is always consistent in what they do. I

can't repeat here what I refer to the FDA as but you can probably figure it

out!!! Thanks for looking it up and I'll probably order some since it isn't

overly expensive. Thanks for your help!

Haven't checked my mail for a few days so I am catching up. Thanks for the

info . I ordered the Piracetam which arrived in just a few days. Are there

any side affects from taking it. I guess I should try it before I leave

just to be sure. Thanks, again for the suggestion. I take my fish oil, and

Vit E. SSR

==> I would strongly recommend you try it before getting in a critical

situation.

Piracetam is a brain-specific vaso-dilator. Meaning it relaxes and opens your

blood vessels. This alleviates some headaches and makes others worse. eg.

Alcohol has a similar effect. If someone has a tension headache at the end of

the day alcohol (and piracetam) would probably relieve them. But if they have a

migraine and take alcohol the effects will be drastic. Many very effective

migraine meds are vaso-constrictors, the reverse of piracetam and alcohol.

Every time I try Piracetam I get a mild headache. Not surprising since I have a

history of migraines. On the other hand my daughter finds Piracetam it helps

with her headaches. That said experience of headaches is individual and people

vary from this generalized pattern.

At least there's no question that it gets in there and does something!

Thank you for your advice from the other side of the world!! Perhaps

over the weekend I'll try one to see how I feel. Certainly don't want to

wait until I'm on the plane and feel worse by the time I get there. BTW,

great name. My grandfather, Uncle, and son are all named !! Thanks

again, Sue
