Guest guest
As many of you know, Virginia and I wrote Legislation in the late 1990's to stop unsafe and unhealthy homes and buildings from being built and/or sold. This Legislation was defeated by the Special Interests in Massachusetts and Washington DC. We asked Senator's Ted Kennedy, Kerry and Congressman Conyers, among others, to help us. They all remained silent. I am sending you a link to a home for sale in Massachusetts. _http://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/44-_Sturbridge_MA_015 66_1116407924_ (http://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/44-_Sturbridge_MA_01566_1\ 116407924) The photos and the written description, in our opinion, tells the story of how unsafe and dangerous this structure is. Asking prospects to sign a waiver to even enter the structure tells of the known danger. This home, under current Massachusetts Laws must be condemned and torn down. The same was true of our home at 38 Hawser Bend in Centerville Massachusetts. I've attached a few photos of the Toxic Mold that was in our home. Neither the Local, County or State would do anything. The State went so far as to refuse to write reports about the dangers of our home after they inspected it. The State Attorney General refused to release documents we were authorized to have by the Secretary of State under our Freedom of Information requests that showed the deliberate and wanton government corruption that allowed our home to be built. They took over 50 thousand dollars of property taxes on our House of Death. After we were forced to leave our home and become homeless they came in and stole all of our possessions. Between our home and belongings we were robbed of over 700 thousand dollars. What price tag does one put on the destroyed health of their Family? I'm attaching the State and Federal Legislation we wrote over 12 years ago. It is not too late to try again. Who will help us? _http://www.mass.gov/legis/bills/senate/st01/st01310.htm_ (http://www.mass.gov/legis/bills/senate/st01/st01310.htm) _http://www.mass.gov/legis/bills/senate/st01/st01026.htm_ (http://www.mass.gov/legis/bills/senate/st01/st01026.htm) _http://www.mass.gov/legis/bills/senate/st01/st01769.htm_ (http://www.mass.gov/legis/bills/senate/st01/st01769.htm) _http://www.mass.gov/legis/bills/senate/st01/st01310.htm_ (http://www.mass.gov/legis/bills/senate/st01/st01310.htm) Ken and Virginia Moulton
