When I questioned my allergist/immunologist, this is the only air purifier he

recommended for Sick Building Syndrome, Water-Damaged Building, et al, where I

have lived for over -30- years.

Has anyone in these groups with breathing difficulties from rotting building

materials, toxic pesticides mis-used inside unit, super aromatic mulch, vapors

from cracked slab foundation, whatever other combination of biochemical

contaminant " irritants " exist, or any combination thereof, et al, [thanks to

negligent HOAs] had experience with this product, or any similar product, that

contains a permanent Helios Shield that uses ultraviolet light (UV-A) to

eliminate odors & VOCs? Does anyone know if this machine might improve the

indoor environmental air quality inside my unit until I can dump it?

Since I don't have access to the world's billionaires' bank accounts, I can't

afford to just move out, continue to pay property taxes, HOAs' monthly dues, pay

rent elsewhere, along with attorney fees, etc.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Please HELP!

P.S. The HOA-hired " gardeners " moved the aromatic mulch, arsenic, creosote, or

arsenic-free??? from Dirt Area A to Dirt Area B about 3-6 feet away when I

questioned whether mulch retains moisture which continues to be a major problem

damaging this 12-unit Assn.-owned Residential Building. The mulch can still be

smelled inside my unit, but at least it got moved! Even with 10% RH (relative

humidity outdoors), the dirt measures somewhere over 35% humidity even tho the

sprinkler heads were supposedly shut off a year ago last Spring! What's wrong

with this pix besides more than a landscape problem with water wicking up thru

the slab foundation & 2nd story carpeting?
