Guest guest
Maybe I explained myself poorly,  It is a poisoning not an allergy to me as I understand it. Detox pathways are blocked or unable to elliminate , reactions are similar to allergies since they affect multiple organs the same as in allergies but are not allergies. They are many overlapping syndromes and I believe there is still much that needs to be learned and studied . It is all confusing , overwhelming and especially when there is really not many places to turn to. Unlike some conditions you have time to just be sick (no picnic) in our case we have not had a moment of peace. I lsiten and express what I have read and listen to what others have read, I try to learn, keep an open mind. I know the answer is still unclear for everything and till that day comes we can take what we can and live as much as we can. Some with MCS get more allergies than others, why?? Some get more nuero dysf. than others, there are still many questions unaswered. Then there are many chemicals to sort out as well. There must be a relation between exposure, our bodies, agent (chemicals) and the combinations are endless. That is where it gets sticky.   My allergic responce is not as bad either (except mold)  as my chemical responce maybe we should compare notes. I don't know where you are getting your info that respiratory deficiences from fragrances are not considered disabling under SSA. It impedes a major life activity, terefore, its a disability. The new ADA laws are so much more broader, its a major bene to all of us.
