Barb,

I have one called " tough aerobic mix " . Tough was an UNDERSTATEMENT!! It is

hard!!! I think it is around 55minutes long. It is one of those tapes where

they dub together a bunch of their workouts. It is aerobic segments mixed in

with step and toning with weights. The girls in the tape look very 80's

jazzercise. There is a lot of jumping and running in place. I didn't like it.

Besides being very hard, it was pretty boring. I really don't like aerobics

though. I may be able to do it now actually. The last time I tried it I was

55 lbs heavier! But I know you don't like bouncing and jumping so this

particular tape would not be for you. I haven't tried any of their other ones!

yucko for me, you're right

it does seem like there is too much jumping in other cardio work-outs & most

seem so boring if not difficult so far.

What about Sweating to the Oldies type of thing?

who is even appreciating the Margaret s weekday shows more and more

too for their warm-up, weights and stretching segments compared to these

tapes
