Active EEGs - where is impedence blocked?

Here is a simple basic (very elementary) question - where is the

impedence blocked with the Active EEG leads? we have alot of

interference (home training situation)so I need the Active leads but I

need to find some ear clips for my child - the self stickons don't work

for his sensitive skin. So should I get ear clips that connect to the

Active lead? or can I get ear clips to plug into the Active box?
