Guest guest
infrared saunas get into microwave range. THe near infreared does not or barely edges in there. Infrareds are very popular. claims the near infrareds are safer. I have no clue. I know mine did not get much over 100 yet a sweated alot. Far infrareds get to 140. YOu have near infrared with lights, far infrared with ceramic or carbon heaters and traditional saunas which get extremely hot. robin > > > > i dont think you need to get to 140 if you use an infrared.. and that makes them more tolerable. larry wilson has a light infrared that use infrared lights and is in the near microwave range.. near infrared not far infrared. > > > > i loved my light sauna and felt so good in it.. did not use it as regulaly as i should have.. > > > > google larry wilson sauna. i am debating heavenly heat (mcs friendly) and another light sauna.
