infrared saunas get into microwave range. THe near infreared does not or barely

edges in there. Infrareds are very popular. claims the near infrareds are

safer. I have no clue. I know mine did not get much over 100 yet a sweated alot.

Far infrareds get to 140. YOu have near infrared with lights, far infrared with

ceramic or carbon heaters and traditional saunas which get extremely hot.
