Guest guest
I have a much different experience. As soon as I start daydreaming the numbers start going down. I look at the current ratio and pick a digit that I can keep track of and often repeat that digit to myself. For example. If my current ratio is 137.00 and is going up slow enough so that I can see hundredth digit change then I'll focus on the .0x such as 137.01, 137.02, 137.03. If its going up faster I'll focus on the tenth digit. I usually don't make it go up fast enough to focus on the single digit just to the left of the decimal but sometimes I do. I find that helps me keep my focus outside of myself and makes the brain produce language which seems helpful at times. I really concentrate on those digits. That seems to help me. One of the things I love about nIR HEG is that doing it is an act of will. There's nothing subtle about it for me. Its either concentrate or watch the numbers go down. I hope this makes sense.
