Guest guest
I had blood tests which showed my amino acids were extremely low even though I considered myself on a 'low carb, high protein' diet. Maybe this explains that. I had them in 2005 or 6. Probably should have them redone. > > I do find it interesting (hoping my husband read the lab work correctly) that my amino acids were out of low red zone into low green zone. Amino acids are huge in CFS and sometimes barely if ever budge from the red zone. This is all after the stachy remediation. Also interesting that I am dumping 4 metals into yellow zone. Could be the transdermal glut but also this is happeneing about 6 months after stachy remediation. >
Guest guest
according to methylation protocol, the aa's get used up in the krebs or methyaltion cycle. its been a while since i've followed the list/board more closely and i forget. once methylation is better on track.. supposedly... the aa's are freed up to be used by the body. my test was urine, so i could have been dumping aa's without using i suppose but the general thought is the less you dunp the less you have. you want to be dumping in green zone. not sure how to interpret blood levels. you would think those are more accuate measures. i have slighlty elevated ammonia and elevated taurine (which I was supplementing)... high levels can indicate losing metabolites in the methylation cycle so i am not sure what is going on. but on surface this is a good sign with the dumping metals and higher levels of aa's. i dont know how mold toxins, sb stew can interupt methylaiton other than use up glutathione, which is huge accordning to Rich Van K.. and possibly directly effect the biomechanics like lead and other metals can do. lead has a huge role in disrupting methylation as well as causing pyrolurria (may heave that spelled wrong). robin > > > > I do find it interesting (hoping my husband read the lab work correctly) that my amino acids were out of low red zone into low green zone.
