Well I just fell off of my chair (after seeing the Toilet Gardener). OMG, I

could NEVER have any kind of sprouts in my bathroom. The thought alone, (and I

don't care how clean the water in the tank is), to me, well it's GROSS.

But I had to laugh when I saw " New projects for Melody " .

I agree, Melody! I have been known to get very creative with space for growing

plants in my house, but I draw the LINE at the toilet! blekkkk.

This is /NOT/ a good idea! When you flush the toilet, bacteria from

you-know-what get aerosolized and are sprayed in the air. Not a good

idea at all to keep anything you're going to eat in the bathroom!

BTW, this means, ladies, when you go to a public toilet, don't put your

purses on the floor or drainboard.

Topsy Turvey leaks too so still have to have it on a balcony or outside.

I couldn't do the shoe pocket thing anywhere in my home. I can't have water

dripping on anything. If I had a balcony or a porch, I'd have tomato buckets all

over the place (maybe one of those topsy turvey things). But for now, it's my

shelves and that's it.
