I think my insurance will cover hyperbaric/Anthem Blue Cross

I just found out that Anthem Blue Cross covers Dermatomycosis, candidiasis, and

zygomycosis (fungus) as diagnosis for the use of hyperbaric oxygen. I am going

to try to get approved for hyperbaric at Nirvana Hyperbaric in Solvang for these

diagnosis. It seems like everyone with Lyme and/or mold has candida and some

kind of fungal infection (nose or blood). Has anyone else tried to get their

insurance company to cover this?
