Thank you, Melody, for the refresher. But I think you do it with magic. No

wonder you enjoy sprouting so much. I'll keep practicing until I get it right.

Tonight I started my first batch of sunflower seeds soaking for microgreening in

the homemade trays. I'll be on pins and needles...
