Guess I'll have to make a trip to Orlando sometime soon and find this farm.  I'd

like to see it and shop it.   I love cheese and used to get Amish cheese when I

was in  east Ohio by going to PA to the Amish towns.  Loved the cheeses.  I want

to see how the farm works too.  Great to know there are some here.  There are 2

c lose to me but one is closed now and other does too little.  I plan to go

there in the fall or winter.

It's true that Florida has 2 main growing seasons, fall and spring.  We

grow year round by growing using hydroponics and use shade cloth in the

summer, winter covers when necessary in the winter.  We also change the

varieties we grow according to the seasons.  It is a bit more work but it

means I can enjoy lettuce, broccoli, and all the rest , 12 months out of

the year!
