Actually, you juice it, Carolyn, and with a juicer that usually looks a lot

like a meat grinder Grasses on their own are indigestible, and getting the

juice out of them by eating them is almost impossible you have to chew on

them and spit out the cellulose. Google wheat grass juicer, and you'll see

what I mean.

I hate to have to buy a juicer.  Can't do in Vitamix and then strain it if it

didn't blend up?

No. But, then, maybe you don't need wheatgrass juice. It takes a

macerating juicer to break the cell walls.

I'll try that.  We have a good sized Whole Foods store about 30-45 min. away in

2 directions.  There is also a natural vitamin store that one friend likes to

go to and she gets a number of organic items there rather than whole foods as it

is cheaper.  I may try that.

You may find some in a whole foods store, if you have one near you. You may

find you don't like the taste, so it would probably be good to go to

something like a whole foods store particularly if one has a juice bar

and buy some ready made into a smoothie or juice drink.
