We deserve to do > that , don't we? thanks Janette, along with time I lumped having priorities and explained how a work-out can energize the body and even the mind to tackle all other priorities better too Like you, I work-out without even questioning it when it is my work-out time but keep it in the morning believing it is harder to stop life from interfering as the day progresses so you have even more will power than me and yes, we all deserve an hour to make ourselves a healthier person!!! Depression fear of failure fear of success self sabotage time restraints burn out boredom frustration How do you overcome these things?
