Guest guest
Anyone doing the Shoemaker labs? How is that going? My c4a is about 10,000 and c3a is in range.. VEGF in range (shocker) and VIP, MSH, Leptin are low. Leptin is 7.7 and I think the cut off for being able to use ACTOS is 8... does anyone know if its OK to use ACTOS if close to 8? I am researching and presenting info to my MD. He can have a 10 min consultation with Dr Shoe.. and I dont think thats going to cover much..esp if come back pos for macrons unless Shoe can quickly cover the material.. hopefully he can. My TGF-b1 is also elevated at 4340, about double the high accepted value. I understand that high c4a can indicate lyme toxins or mold toxins (and other biotoxins). Chronic lyme generally runs a little below 10,000 jsut as I am measuring but I know this is a mold and or lyme-mold issue. Shoe says measure 1 week after csm treatment and if c4a is down then you are not being re-esposed to mold. If c4a is down at one week and then elevated at 4 weeks after csm treatment, then you most likelyare dealing with lyme at that point. Interestingly c4a is more indicative of muscular skeletal chronic lyme than neurological lyme. I think TGF-b1 is autoimmune oriented and can include de-myelination which can be confused with neuro lyme. This of course is for when lyme toxins are involved. I like Shoes approach to treating lyme.. inital abx then measure c4a, if elevated after 4 weeks when not elevated after 1 week, which again would indicate still in mold environment... then the lyme is still active since it produces toxins as it is alive in the body.. treat lyme again and use csm again.. he has a pyramid with this. Im grateful my vegf is in normal range and my c4a is not higher.. I think. vegf is high when you have a bartonella infections (which is also transmitted by ticks and other biting insects, cats and often seen with or without lyme).. so if one has biotoxin illness and bart, then the vegf might not be representative of either. Wish I knew what to do about the blasted breathlessness.. why so much mold stew everywhere? I noticed it in several restaurants and stores.. :-( I can avoid these, but cannot avoid all.. has to be a way to deal with it? Survival Guide for " Moldies?
