Cast Iron cooking

True cast iron cookware takes lots of care... no soap just elbow grease and

tough brushes to clean... I then oil both inside and out place in 180 degree

oven to dry and season.

My daughter has a stove that I had to get her ceramic cast iron.. I don't think

that needs the seasoning but they use the cast iron on the grill as they like

the taste
