Guest guest
I have been struggling for a few years to get cholesterol under control. Finally hit up on a plan that works. Crestor 5mg in the evening, fish oil 2000mg twice a day, 8 ounces of minute maid OJ for cholesterol reduction. Have gotten my HDL, the good cholesterol up higher than goal, without increase in exercise, LDL bad cholesterol, down to goal and triglycerides are almost to goal. I use evoo, and canola oil for cooking, watch my carbs. I don't do without anything, if I want it I eat it but in moderation. I use butter, no margarine, sparingly. Your body will need to eliminate that medication since it is toxic and retracing includes detoxifying first. Your body will retrace all previous episodes with high blood pressure until it is completely healed. +++How long ago did you have GERD and rashes? > > I think I maybe detoxing in my respiratory system as I still get > severe ear clog, feels like fluid is in my ear, facial numbness and > short of breath. I am up to 4 tablespoons of CO a day. +++Detoxifying will cause shortness of breath since the body gets rid of toxins through the respiratory system, as well as other areas. Facial numbness can be caused by: 1) toxins, and/or 2) dental anesthetics that are being detoxified (retracing). Try some of these ear treatments: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat8.php The best to you, Bee
Guest guest
Bee, does fat cells store toxins? I am still losong weight and wondering why my blood pressure is not going down. Maybe the fat cells are also releasing toxins? I had GERD and rashes up until 4 months ago when I started the diet. I suffered for 8 years with GERD taking every kind of remedy under the sun and thousands of dollars. That medicine I was taking almost killed me as it impaired my heart and kidneys. Thankfully the functions came back. I know the CO will also help to heal my heart and kidneys. THis blood pressure issue has me a little worried. I also have a crazy symptom.... I will get a little short of breath and immediatley my ear will clog. It is so weird. I wonder if it is toxins floating around. I have been sick I know since I was 16 and I am now 42 years. I have a long way to go. Phyllis > > > > Hi Bee, I am having serious blood pressure problems. By storing toxins in fat cells vital inner organs are protected. Is your blood pressure fluctuating at all, i.e. up and down, or is it steadily high? Are you having the Electrolyte Drink which contains ocean sea salt with over 84 minerals? Many members have found it helps regulate their blood pressure, and credit ocean sea salt to stabilizing their blood pressure - see these Success Stories: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/ss23d.php http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/ss47a.php http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/ss56a.php > > I had GERD and rashes up until 4 months ago when I started the diet. > I suffered for 8 years with GERD taking every kind of remedy under > the sun and thousands of dollars. > > That medicine I was taking almost killed me as it impaired my heart > and kidneys. I have been sick I know since I was 16 and I am now 42 years. I have a long way to go. +++Yes, toxins will cause shortness of breath, heart palpitations and many other symptoms. Toxins also move around the body a lot until they are eliminated. Ensure you are taking niacin (B3) which helps fat tissue release toxins. When your ear gets clogged put wet heat on the area behind and just below your ear. Let me know if that helps it. The best to you, Bee P.S. Would you please " trim your messages? Guest guest
Hi Judy Co enzyme Q10 about 300 mcg a day will lower BP - buy it from Whole health products or iherb - much cheaper from abroad even with the postage! losing weight if you have any to lose and increasing exercise will also help. GP will likely tell you to go on a low salt diet but try to find the evidence for this! Use good quality sea salt - unlikely to be found in a supermarket - grey sea salt/celtic sea salt are good. I've tried most of the BP meds on the market- which work, but give me unacceptable side effects- the cough which I had the past 3 months stopped 3 days after stopping the BP meds. Subject: Re: High Blood Pressure Chocolate ! Not the rubbish you buy at the supermarket, but high quality cold-processed high-antioxidant high-cacao dark chocolate. I've been on it since the beginning of February. My blood pressure is normal after 5 years on Losartan which I am now no longer taking. Chocolate also raises serotonin levels which is exactly what popular anti-depressants are supposed to do - except chocolate doesn't have the side effects. http://www.mydrchocolate.com/ for the health info Thereafter, please PM me for more details. ------------------------------------ TPA is not medically qualified. Please be assured that as long as you are following this program your body's reactions are for very good reasons, and part of the healing process. God didn't make any stupid bodies. lol! Many functions of the body will fluctuate during the healing process, even if you haven't had them before. In most cases high blood pressure will go up and down and won't stay steady or be chronic when you are healing, so hang in there since this too will normalize as you progress. " True " sea salt I recommend does not cause any health problems, in fact it helps normalize blood pressure, helps the body regulate fluid balances, and it is exactly the same as your tears. Sodium + chloride (salt) in sea salt are two of the 7 macrominerals our bodies must have daily, along with calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and sulphur. Sea salt contains over 84 minerals as well. See these articles about sea salt: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu3_6_1.php All the best, Bee

Guest guest
It can cause high or low blood pressure because Neuro Lyme can effect the autonomic nervous system. My B/P went up as my symptoms increased (pre- diagnosis), when I went into remission (pre-treatment) all symptoms disappeared (for 8 months) and B/P and pulse were normal. When symptoms slowly returned B/P and heart rate became erratic again. I blamed it all on poorly controlled thyroid condition (hypo). If your endocrine system is out of whack, that also can cause B/P & heart irregularities. I started having some very strange heart palpitations when my symptoms worsened and when I began antibiotics. My first symptom that wasLyme related was hypothyroid, but medication did not solve the problem, even the my thyroid blood work (taking Synthyroid) was normal. Two endocrinologist told me my thyroid condition was not the source of my health problems, but offered no other explanations. So many of us end up seeing many specialists who can't figure out the source of our symptoms. It can be very frustrating. Doctors in all fields need to be trained to recognize possible Lyme & co-infections when other causes have been ruled out. Could you have been exposed to ticks when you were 15? Some people go years with few symptoms when initially infected, others get slammed immediately. My symptoms were tolerable for the first 5 years, then began to intensify, at which point, I told the MD (not my primary, but in chronic illness practice) I was seriously ill and that she needed to find the source. I was having terrible mood swings, severe fatigue with low B/P, anxiety etc. She finally ordered blood work to test for infectious diseases, including Lyme & co-infections. Mystery solved! Wishing you better health. You will get better with proper treatment, but it takes some time. Kim [ ] high blood pressure Just wondering if anyone out there with Lymes has heard if it causes high blood pressure? I have had it since I was 15 and the doctors cannot find a cause. Guest guest
Hi June, Since you are taking that amount of coconut oil after being on the program for some time, it shouldn't be creating any surge in blood pressure, etc. by now. People who get those kinds of issues are usually not fully on this program or aren't following it consistently enough. So please ensure you are only consuming foods on the candida diet, and that you are taking all of the supplements, along with 1 1/2 teaspoons of ocean sea salt per day. Should I be concerned with continuing to increase this and should I back off the oil. Guest guest
Hi June, Just a thought: I've heard/read somewhere, that high blood pressure can be a sign of toxicity. The body may cause the blood pressure to go up in an effort to " run it through " the cleaning process faster. Might the dry skin brushing and coffee enemas be beneficial for you? Could it be that your body is working hard at detoxing through the blood right now instead of rashes, etc? -Sharon Hi June, Since you are taking that amount of coconut oil after being on the program for some time, it shouldn't be creating any surge in blood pressure, etc. by now. Guest guest
Coconut oil increases blood pressure, if you have HTC (hyper tropic cardio myopathy) induced b/p. I stopped using coconut oil, though it helped me a lot in reducing the belly fat, but it increased the blood pressure.  I would love to take coconut oil, but not sure what i am doing wrong. Guest guest
Yes, Coconut oil reduced my BP. I can't prove it, but am convinced it did so by cleaning out some remaining calcification in my arteries as was evidenced by pain in my carotids after taking CO on an empty stomach.
