Thanks you guys. I think I am going to need it. Why? Because my

writing of March 2005 is 100% accurate. I correctly stated that the money from

the Manhattan Institute think-tank was for the paper that was mass

disseminated by the US Chamber of Commerce. I correctly stated that a version

of

the " Manhattan Institute commissioned piece " may be found on the web site of

the US policy writing body, ACOEM.

For six years, the justices of the Fourth District Division One Appellate

Court have made it look like I falsely and maliciously accused Kelman of

getting caught on the witness stand having to admit he was paid to author

ACOEM's mold position statement. And they know they did it.

I was only sued for the words " altered his under oath statements " .

What they are seeking I now be gagged from writing is, " ¶ 1. The under

oath statements at issue in the prior case included the allegation that the

plaintiff admitted the Manhattan Institute, a national political think-tank,

paid GlobalTox $40,000 to write a position paper regarding the potential

health risks of toxic mold exposure. Therefore, the plaintiff has met his

burden of persuading the Court that a preliminary injunction should be issued

in this case "

This sentence goes to the heart of how the US Chamber got their fingers in

the issue to promote all claims of illness and death from " toxic mold " are

because of " trial lawyers, media and Junk Science " . That sentence was

specially paid for because the think-tank and the US Chamber wanted something

to be shared with judges.

The sentence in my writing " He admitted the Manhattan Institute, a national

political think-tank, paid GlobalTox $40,000 to write a position paper

regarding the potential health risks of toxic mold exposure. " goes to the

heart of what these justices did to make me look like a malicious liar who

falsely accused Kelman getting caught having to admit he was paid to author the

ACOEM mold statement.

They are evidenced of being well aware that what they have done has aided

with the continuance of interstate insurer fraud on behalf of the

affiliates of the US Chamber of Commerce by their being willing participants in

a

malicious litigation.

Its billions and I can evidenced these justices willingly aided with a

malicious litigation; even going out of their way to write false statements in

their Opinion of Sept 2010 and amendment 2011. So what? If I am behind

bars and no one understands why, it will NEVER come out.

I am sincerely scared they are going to put me in jail tomorrow when I

tell the court that, No, I will not be silenced and gagged from writing

truthful words of a matter that has harmed and continues to harm many.

If I am sent to jail tomorrow for refusing to be silenced, SOMEONE PLEASE

Sharon, you are a very brave individual............ If anything should happen, I

am sure you will see the mold community  in an uproar.... It may be very

Thanks for the well wishes, guys. It gives me strength to know that

others do not run from me directly speaking the truth because they themselves

fear retribution.

Regardless of what happens today, the truth will eventually come out. You

can't keep this corruption of the US Chamber et. al., and the corruption,

ineptitude and deliberate indifference in the California legal system swept

under the rug forever.
