I am going to make some granola bars in my dehydrator. I am planning to put some

of my sprouts in my granola bars. However I am not sure if I should dehydrate

the sprouts first or put them in the granola mix then dehydrate everything at

the same time. I just did not know if it made sense to dehydrate the sprouts

twice.

Thank you

What is your moisture base going to be to hold the bars together? I use honey,

agave nectar, or pulp from juicing. For less waste, you should dehydrate once,

with the bars made and the raw sprouts in them.
