I hear ya!!! I saw that video when I first started sprouting. It seems it's not

available here. I love the ending when you see ALL the green sprouts.

If I ever find one on sale online, I'll pass on the info here.

For amusement I decided to try to find out if there was any distributor/importer

of this sprouter. Sadly, according to a Comment on this webpage

MrRotaGarden says they have decided not to make it any more. However, I did

find a similar device from a Swiss company. They apparently have a branch or

distributor in the Cayman Islands where they have a " few " available. Here is the

information:

Vitaseed FamilyFood Germinator

Approximately 12.5 " L x 7.6 " D x 8.5 " H

$180 plus shipping

http://www.vitaseed.com/en

2.4 cups water in reservoir

17.6 oz maximum sprouts

240V

**Transformer required for 110V**

No responsibility for overheat/malfunction

tanja.ebanks@... & #8203;y (Dr.)

I would personally be concerned with the transformer of leaving home with it

operating continuously. I also wonder how easy to clean. It certainly is

intriguing though. I couldn't find any other trace of similar devices for home

use; there are several larger ones for commercial operation, where they seem to

be fairly common. It does make me wonder why U.S. companies don't make them.

Dennis, I didn't see anything about it being watered in its own waste water.

It sprayed them but I figured it had a separate hose for incoming water.  Did

I just assume that and it wasn't accurate?  I did notice that it misted the

greens.  It had a runoff hose.  Ilooked at them an the hose for water was what

was holding me up.  The person put it in the basement where it could be close

to a water line so I figure he connected like you would for a refrigerator water

line for ice maker.

Looks like a cool sprouter, but it would always be watered in it's own water.

I want to and I am getting this sprouter in July... It's the Easygreen Mikro

Farm Automatic Sprouter.

With all the research I've done, I've decided it will be the best sprouter for

my needs..

It doesn't use water that has already been run through the sprouts. Sprouts

always get fresh water.

Carolyn, the Rotosprouter looked like it has the water resevoir under the

rolling cylinder. I didn't see any fresh water inlet, so I assumed that it just

keeps getting its water from the resevoir below the rotating drum...

As for the video I linked to concerning the EasyGreen, this guy has his in his

basement for whatever reason. He has to fill a resevoir which lasts for a

couple of days.

Waste water is drained from a tube to a water recepticle or sink if desired...

He eventually plugged a water source from his water pipes in his basement and

installed a water float in the resevoir to turn and off the water when it is

needed...

If you haven't watched the video in full, you might have missed it... Also, if

you want other videos on the EasyGreen just do a search on Youtube... There are

several to watch.

Thanks for the offer ... I am buying from an online health appliance

seller I've been using for years. I've purchased both my juicers from this

site, as well as, my Wheatgrass growing system.

Since I'm a loyal customer, they give me a 5% returning customer discount on

their already great prices...

Here is a link to their website... Note: I have no affiliation with this site,

accept I've purchased a lot of stuff through them and have been very happy with

their prices and service...

http://www.ultimate-weight-products.com/H-easygreen.html

Can you get a better price than this place plus 5% discount?

Thanks,

Dennis

That is a nice site, Dennis-thanks for sharing. Lots of cool goodies! Our

group price is actually a bit better than that, and free shipping, but I won't

have the total until I know how many are ordering, but should know more in the

morning. Loyalty does have its advantages though and I encourage you to

maintain that, but I will let you know our price in case you wish to order

through the group buy.

Check out this utube video. Anyone know how to get one of these in the USA? They

say they're from Japan.

Carol S.

I saw them somewhere before on a you tube.  Might just try checking it on

sprouting and see if you can see one.  Check Amazon too and maybe even ebay.

They have a lot of things from the orient there on ebay.
