I took my girls before they were three I believe. If her teeth look like they need a cleaning I would call a dentist. Best to get her used to it early.

Sounds like she is doing great!! Got lots os speech and keeping you on your toes!

Checking in from Grand Cayman...I have a lot of reading and catching up to do on this board, you guys have been busy here!!

is doing so well, she started walking at 19 months, and is now toddling around everywhere. She can say about 20 words, her favorite phrase being " Oh, no " after dropping something or pushing books off the coffee table.About the dentist. I think I took my older kids to the dentist for the first time when they were 3 1/2 or 4. My memory is not too good on this. But looks like her teeth need a good cleaning NOW at 21 months. She has a good bit of tartar buildup around her bottom front teeth. What to do about this? When did you first take your kids to the dentist? Can their teeth be cleaned at this young age? Obviously not with sharp instruments...

Thanks for the feedback awhile ago on the shoes. Her ankles seem to be getting stronger all the time. She is wearing a good supportive pair of sneakers, and looks like she won't need anything more than

that. Her ankle does not turn in nearly as much as it did a few months ago.Cherie S.mom to Ian 11 (heading into puberty and driving me insane LOL) 8Kate and (DS) 21 months

Wow for those milestones!!!!! just turned 3 and is still not walking.....and only says "mama". Anyway.... had a lot of tartar build up on his teeth.....he is very challenging to brudh. We actually just went to the dentist for the first time today. Our dentist wants the kids to be 3. I was waiting impatiently for the 3 year mark to come. Anyway, the dentist himself did the cleaning....scraping the tartar and also brushing them. I hope this helps.
