Guest guest
Hi & Michele, I'm so sorry to hear about your dog! What a sweet dog you had! I forgot the dog's name but obviously he/she lived this long because of the love in your home! I loved the welcome I got from the dog when I visited. When you are ready, I hope you consider having another 4-legged family member to love. Congratulations to and Hunter for writing their names!!! As always, thanks to our being involved parents, there were no surprises and we expect a semi-smooth trasition into middle school. Our dog had to be put to sleep last week, had a large tumor between his eyes. One step forward two steps back.Neither of our sons (both almost 11) are very verbal, so we are looking into augmentative technology, several units to choose from, run about $2200 per unit. However, it is nice that we can have a two way conversation with our children.Have been taking our sons to a summer therapy camp for the past 7 years, cost is over $6000 for us to attend but is worth every penny. wrote his name on every Valetines card for his class mates this morning, Hunter did as well, his is not as easy to read, but this is a first in 10 years for both.Another week in our life and happy to share it with you.Be well & be blessed,, Michele, & Hunter
Guest guest
>, thank you for the kind words, yes, " Fraiser " was a wonderful pet and family member. I () took it very hard, when Michele is away at work and the boys are down for the night, Fraiser was my buddy, he let me have conversations with him and was truly mans best friend. Anyway, we are on a waithing list with a local rescue and are looking for our next best friend. Hope all is well with you and family. Guest guest
Amy, It made me laugh to see your girls are getting their eye teeth first. got her 2 front bottom teeth, then 4 MOLARS. She stayed that way for months and months before getting the top 2 front ones. Then she was missing the 8 that filled in all those gaps for a very long time! It was so funny, when she laughed, or opened her mouth wide, to see those big molars with only the two bottom ones to go with them! Funny memories! Guest guest
Hi & Michele, With the loss of a pet, I don't think it's something you can ever really get over, even with time. I think Fraiser stuck around as long as he could because he knew he was so loved, needed, and valued. Your next best friend from the rescue will be so blessed to have all of you! Best wishes to you all. Regards, Granata Checking in> > > Hi everyone,> > We just had our sons last IEP for elementary school. 11 people plus> Michele and I.
