Guest guest
Lana, two things you can try. I am taking (bulk form, on an empty stomach) dandelion tea, I drink one cup in the evening and sometimes I drink a cup early morning. Dandelion regenerates the liver, the liver helps to work toxins from the body. Also, when I use my juicer and drink a pint or 2 each day (approx 8 carrots, a little parsley or spinach, and add cucumber or celery when I have it) for several days (or a one-two day juice and water fast) I always get stronger, some energy.  My stepfather was an alcoholic from his teens, frequently would boil a pot of water with young dandelions from the yard (we did not use pesticides in those days), then strain and drink the broth. He was 75 y.o. when he died-- doctor was amazed as his liver was normal. Remembering that, when I learned there is a name for this illness (MCS) I looked up dandelion on the net-- had not seen anything adverse on it.  The juice-- the only thing on that amount of carrot juice and greens that I am aware of is that diabetics and people with high blood pressure have restrictions on the carrots because of the high salt content, and for diabetics it might be sugar for them.  I lack willpower when it comes to food, am so sure if I ate primarily veggies, protein, some fruit I would feel a lot better. So, if you have willpower, don't eat any junk food, only the usual healthy foods for a few weeks and try the juices if you are able to have all those veggies in a glass daily, and see if you improve. I hope so!      .......Corky  P.S. I have the Omega 1000 juicer and love it, easy to clean. If I ever buy another, would like to try the Breville juicer as I once met someone that has that one and loves it. A sauna helps detox the body and if you don't have access to one, hot baths with maybe some bath salts added really help alot........Surella > > How do you get rid of the toxins once you are out of the sick building??? .......FATIGUE is killing me ................
