I have to work 12 hours today AND tomorrow so I had to get up at 4:30 this morning to get my AL5 in! Yeaaaa .... I did it! I was actually really enjoying myself, especially the first 15 minutes (ha - wonder why??). I also took Kathy's advice (I believe it was Kathy) about the candles - well kind of anyway. I used a very soft lamp instead - oh how peaceful it was. What an excellent idea! Everybody else who's challenging, have a great floor workout today!! - the tag-along - who doesn't have the time to post as frequently as a lot of you do, but would like you to be aware that I am reading EVERY post and you guys are great!! Now that's dedication I don't know if I could get up at that hour to do AL5! I did it this morning, but it wasn't fun...LOL! Ok, I think my legs actually trembled a tad bit less than last week, so maybe I'm making some progress! I REALLY had to force myself to do it, cuz I REALLY did not want to. But I am glad I did it, and got it over with for another week. LOL. My legs actually trembled more cuz I pushed myself harder than last week. It was a great stress release from a very stressful night shift at work. I am glad that there are many of you doing this floorwork challenge with me, cuz I never would have done it today otherwise. Thanks for all the support, and I still hate AL5!!!!! Patty, I totally agree The only, and I mean ONLY reason I am even doing this tape is cause all of you are doing it with me It's awesome to have the support and to know that I'm not the only one struggling through AL5 each week! I did the abs and glutes tape.....I almost feel like I should have done al5 to keep in the challenge....I'll do it next week. I was happy to have the Abs and Glutes tape so I didn't have to face AL5 today....not sure if I could have done it. I did enjoy abs and Glutes, floorwork is shorter and not as many reps. I had to modify and did half times but all in all I did pretty good. I am way behind on reading the list, I hope to catch up. I am anxious to hear how everyone did.
