I read on one of the that you can make transdermal magnesium. The

post was from this week or last. The problem is I can't find the post. I have

searched and searched but can't find it. Was it on this group

If you go to the files section of this forum, then go the the folder labeled

" Marti Zavala " , you will find a file called something like Magnesium Lotion (or

Oil).
