Why are there elements of the above article that I can identify with from

being involved in the mold issue?

for illogical reasons, as may occur when conventional logic dictates that

a drug should have no therapeutic value or is toxic, as once occurred with

colchicine, aspirin, and currently with thalidomide

tomato product was sold by SK Foods that had unlawfully excessive mold, which

had altered production dates, and which had been falsely relabeled as organic.

As we have said consistently, while the conduct of those defendants defrauded

customers and affected the market processed for tomato products, it did not

create a health hazard for the ultimate consumers of these products.
