Dr Crago taught me that you can control your BP with out meds.   Its true

because I have done it and it makes a huge difference with everything...

I never had high blood pressure ever until my exposure.  there were days that

Dr's even saw my BP would instantly go up to like 170 over 120.   

Here's how you do it.   Every day start your morning with 3 minutes of Deep

breathing.  4 to 5 seconds of inhaling in and 4 to 5 seconds exhaling. Feel the

air go all the way down to your belly button  With in 4 breathes you have now

reconnected your heart,lungs and brain.   repeat this through out the day. 

when you feel stressed or anxious stop and deep breathe and will bring you back

to the moment and you will think more clearly

By doing this everyday it will retrain your body back to normal BP and get more

oxygen into your blood stream and calm the frontal lobe of your brain.

My BP is now back to normal 112/68. no drugs

I would also recommend Nattokinase 100mg 2x day.   Cleans the fibron from your

blood cells.  mold and mycotoxins make your blood thick and sticky.  This

helps clean it up so your heart doesn't have to work so hard on circulation

The stress of all this stuff is starting to raise my blood pressure. I eat

right, I'm thin, I exercise alot so I think it;s the stress

Anyway, I do VERY badly on conventional drugs but wanted to know if anyone has

had any luck with blood pressure pills actually working and not making them

sicker.

PS I tried Xanax-makes me exhausted so i case I'm calmer but I hate the tired

feeling.

Thanks so much for the health info. Everyone can use it.

 Saw my blood was sticky once on blood-draw when exposed.  Ididn't know what it

was.

My BP was higher then too 140's/115 now 115/65. Repeating her post to make sure

it's read.
