Guest guest
I also clean with baking soda and vinager used to take baking soda baths Janet In a message dated 3/20/2011 10:12:53 A.M. I also clean with vinegar alot and baking soda etc. It took me awhile to learn what to use and get down to basics-I was always the buying fancy, upscale stuff for my face, etc. kind of girl. Now I use jojoba oil (from Trader Joe's!) for my hair and face. I feel so hippie! But it's non-toxic and safe and cheap! Go figure. The organic food is tough, though, so pricey, even when I go to farmer's markets. Costco has some very good supplement brands but some things I have to buy expensive. The upside to this is that you let alot of things go. Things that seemed important (like coloring my hair) doesn't seem so important anymore. (It took me 5 years to say that, but I am proudly greyish now! Yay!). I like that feeling. Good luck and I'd be happy to pass on more info, like doing Jin Shin for detoxing, email me off site! We have been slowly switching over like you suggested--wow it is all very expensive! We got organic soapnuts for the laundry, henna sooq natural shampoo bars, oragnic food, we are on a almost zero carb diet because of the candida. Any suggestions on how to decrease expenses? > I am definitely interested in remedy and supplement recommendations-- > Thanks, > >
