Guest guest
Hi Surella, Thanks so much for your response. We have been slowly switching over like you suggested--wow it is all very expensive! We got organic soapnuts for the laundry, henna sooq natural shampoo bars, oragnic food, we are on a almost zero carb diet because of the candida. Any suggestions on how to decrease expenses? I am definitely interested in remedy and supplement recommendations-- Thanks, > > > > Hi , > > > > So sorry to hear you are dealing with this problem. Yes. Guest guest
I use Dr. Bronner's soap for alot of things-shampoo, soap, hand laundry-it's relatively cheap and multi-purpose! I also clean with vinegar alot and baking soda etc. It took me awhile to learn what to use and get down to basics-I was always the buying fancy, upscale stuff for my face, etc. kind of girl. Now I use jojoba oil (from Trader Joe's!) for my hair and face. I feel so hippie! But it's non-toxic and safe and cheap! Go figure. The organic food is tough, though, so pricey, even when I go to farmer's markets. Costco has some very good supplement brands but some things I have to buy expensive. The upside to this is that you let alot of things go. Things that seemed important (like coloring my hair) doesn't seem so important anymore. (It took me 5 years to say that, but I am proudly greyish now! Yay!). I like that feeling. Good luck and I'd be happy to pass on more info, like doing Jin Shin for detoxing, email me off site! Guest guest
Surella, How did you make your house safe? I am wondering if this is possible for us. Could you email me off list possibly? Thanks, > > > > Kathy, > > Thank you so much for your response, I really appreciate it. It sure is scary to leave your house and spend your retirement money. I keep trying to tell myself that we are investing in our health and no amount of money would be able to bring that back, so it's worth it. > > Again, thanks, > > >
