I just heard saying the Pledge of Allegiance. It ended something like this:

"one nation,

underdog,

with liberty and just a straw!

She was quite serious in her delivery too -- such a crack up!

Casey, That is so cute, makes sense to her.

kids say the craziest stuff, I heard and talking in the back seat years ago and she said "a badman killed President Lincoln" and Nick said "Batman killed Lincoln?" serious as day, of course she said, "no you idiot not BATMAN a BADMAN", I just kept on driving. If only we parents recorded our kids we would have quite a collection of jokes for them when they are older. Irene

I agree! There should be audio on

all the little quirky things they say that we as parents can play as a laugh

track when we most need inspiration DS style.

Gavin often blends words with similar

meanings. For instance, Enough and Finished is Nough-Nish. One time

during a bad stomach flu, Gavin lifted his head off the toilet and said

Nough-Narf ( Enough Barf). We still crack up about it to this day and my

teenagers have made a bunch of “Gavinese” words that they use as

slang with their friends.

Ahh the joys!

That's so cute. A few years ago my daughter was singing We Wish You a

Merry Christmas. Her version was, " delicious Christmas, delicious

Christmas, delicious Christmas and I'm happy here. " Kids hear the

funniest things.

ie

mom to Braxton (passed away at 13 m), Tia (6), Tyler (3), and adopting

Max (1) all with DS
