OT: notice I've been getting from ....?

For those who have email addresses, do you ever get this notice:

I get this windows box that comes up when I sign into email. It says on

the box:

................................................................

The page at: http://us.mc1102.mail. says:

" You have been disconnected from chat because you have signed into

Messenger from another computer or device. "

.................................................................

Thing is I never sign into chat or use Messenger.

I've gotten it a number of times. I always just x out the box and ignore but am

beginning to wonder about it.

I don't know what harm it would do since I have nothing private in my

emails but maybe I should set up a new address or something.

Has anyone gotten these notices. They have just started within the last year.

I wondered if it may be something to do with setting up a Facebook account since

it's linked through my address, since I did this past year also, but then

I never access Messenger from there either.
