May I ask if you did ALA before or after Yasko? or maybe during? Hope you also

don't mind saying how many rounds you did?

Hi ,

We used ALA toward quite a long way into Yasko. We found ALA to be beneficial

but it made gut bugs flare so we didn't do frequent rounds.
