Guest guest
I don't know if I dare reply. When I do something I say seems to be unsafe. Here is what I do - whether it is healthy or not. After the flax or chia is sprouted a bit. I just take it as is and put it in a zip-loc bag and put it in the freezer. Or I put it on a sheet in my Excalibur dehydrator. I turn it on about 80 degrees. It dehydrates fast. Bridgette > ** > I didn't know you could freeze, or dehydrate sprouts. Details?? > > Re: I actually sprouted Flax > > I have flax and chia sprouting all the time. Guest guest
Well I have been using them in smoothies. I would love some other ideas. I have about 12 different grains, beans, seeds sprouted and dehydrated. I was planning on adding them to something to get some added protein. I just have not tried it yet. I was thinking of something like energy bars Bridgette > ** > > > Bridgette, what do you use it for, frozen or dehydrated? Guest guest
Really good for you. I figured it was mainly the seeds ground for flax flour. Or flax seed oil. But that isn't what microgreens are.
