Guest guest
Do you use them the same as your pea's? Do you grow/havest enough to make a salad out of them or just mix them in with other things? Thanks for the video it really helps to see things. > > Here's the video. > > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9kB9eJEV6YQ > > Melody >

Guest guest
Pea shoots are BEAUTIFUL. I am on the 4th cutting from the first batch. Been using the STD stuff for a while now.NEVER A PROBLEM. Easy as pie. I believe the baby blanket will be the same. Melody > > Nice. I also saw the early pea shoot video you did but didn't see a follow up. Guest guest
. I do the exact same thing with the sunnies as I do with the pea shoots. Cut them up and put them on salads, sandwiches, etc. Do stir fry's with them, or put in batter along with other veggies and fry them up. The only difference is you can get up to 4 cuttings with the pea shoots (then you throw away the coir, std mat, or the baby blanket). With the Sunnies, they only grow one time. Then you do the same. Toss what's left. I have never only had a salad with just pea shoots or just sunnies. That would be depriving me of all the other lovely sprouts that I do. I started out very small, a mason jar or two. Then I graduated to 27 mason jars (not having discovered the round green trays. After dropping the mason jars, I never went back to sprouting in glass jars again. These trays stack on each other. Doesn't get any easier. And the look on my husband's face every time I walk across the living room to bring the trays into the kitchen to rinse and drain, and then walk back to the living room shelves and place the trays stacking on each other....well the look on his face is priceless. You see, he doesn't get sprouting at all. He doesn't want to know about it, doesn't care about it etc. etc. He just likes my sprout patties. lol Melody > > > > Here's the video. > > > > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9kB9eJEV6YQ > > > > Melody > > >
