Welcome, Deb-glad you joined us. Many of us grow microgreens, sprouts,

hydroponics, aeroponics and do regular gardening, so you came to the right

I didn't see it.  All the previous stuff is deleted.  I went to the Vitamix

site but I couldn't

find it there.   How about sharing it again?

 saw one that said cookboks but not recipes. I couldn't follow the web site you

gave as it died.  So I just went to the vitamix site and tried to find it.
