Guest guest
Hey, I havn't really been able to find anything in any toxic mold site about ways to heal the brain. It's been since November that I've been free of my carpet that had mold in it and it's been a struggle every day. My brain's gone from complete devastation to inching along in healing. The sense of self that I lost years ago is starting to heal itself almost in little platelets one by one in the brain starting in the center and working outward. It's a very, very strange and difficult place to be in because I know it won't be tomorrow or the day after or next week that I'll be better. I don't know when it'll be. It only makes so much progress in a day and I'm wondering who has or is going through the same thing. I know mold caused this and I've seen the term " brain fog " all over the internet but with no real suggestions on how to heal it. For me it wasn't just fog, it was total destruction of reality. But it can't be that uncommon. Maybe those who have experienced this as well never made it out? So I looked up what may happen in the brain when its exposed to mold. One place I saw said it causes the myelin sheeting in the nerves of the brain to deteriorate. So I looked up ways to replenish the sheething. I am doing literally every way I looked up. I'm taking a lot of lecithin, lots of calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3, B12, whey protein powder, L carnitine, fish oil, phosphotidylserine, alpha lipoic acid. There's maybe one other thing I havn't tried. Everything I'm doing seems to have helped a lot in the beginning but then stopped. So can anyone help me? Has anything worked for anyone else? I can't stay here in this horrible state for much longer.
