Robin,

I have the dreaded 4-3-53 and I have been on CMS for 2 1/2 mos and I am getting

better.  I had migraines for 28 yrs and now occassionally I might get a slight

bit of a headache but goes quickly.  It seems to be a mold exposure that causes

it.  My cough stopped, nausea, & impaired cognitive is improved.  For 7 weeks

I

had severe fatigue which started around the 10 th day. My energy is quite good

for the last two weeks. I have IC (bladder disease) and that is a bit

better.

Got a ways to go but am hopeful.  I feel for you and your precious

daughter.

Diane

Thank you, Jeanne and Diane. Diane, are you using 4 times a day? I had to back

down to two and started 3 today. I have lyme, but have not yet experienced the

supposed intensification reaction that usually requires actos. So Im wondering

how much lyme is really a factor. I backed off because I am having trouble with

timing and I think with delayed gastric emptying, so not sure I can do 4 times

and take supps and meds.

Thank you.:-)

Hi Robin,

Yes, I take it for the most part 4 X's per day, sometimes the timing is not

right and I take it 3 X's. I had a few nights where I was so fatigued I fell

asleep prior to the last dose.  I did not worry about it, though, my body

needed

sleep more than anything else.  It seems as though you are intuitive about what

your body can tolerate.  When we get this toxic we need to consider what our

bodies are capable of handling, although not easy to discern. What is your

genotype? And did your daughter receive the same one?  And from all of the Lyme

patients I have known or read about they seem to have difficulty with

detoxing.

I am hoping/praying you do not have Lyme. I was determined to get the

neurotoxins out so I persevered through the fatigue and it did leave.

Although,

I am not totally well, I have some weakness, muscle soreness, & my bladder (IC)

is not much improved.  But my worst symptom - migraines which I had for 28

yrs seem to be history. Dr. Shoemaker thought I was dehydrated, it seems as

though he is right.  I get only a tinge of pain in my head perhaps 1 X per week

now and fortunately it goes very quickly. I have noticed for me that it is

important to have 2-3 BM's per day to feel better, though.  And magnesium is my

answer to constipation the main side affect of CMS.  So the CMS is helping me.

I

use air purifiers which I find important in order to feel better and of course

we all know " MOLD AVOIDANCE "  is a must. It is a trying journey but I am

hopeful

with God's help He will continue to feed the great minds out there to find the

cure.  There was a time we did not know about CMS and that neurotoxins were the

cause of our illness.  I do believe we are coming into a time a greater

discovery and healing.  In the meantime it is our journey. And isn't it

wonderful we have this board to share our experience and to support others?  It

has been very beneficial to me and I thank all of you.  I will continue to pray

for you and your precious daughter.

Diane
