Hey pt, if you go directly to the Sptoutamo web site, you can order a dozen and

it comes out to $11 each even with the shipping. I buy this way for my talks.

Re: Hi from Wyoming

I use the easy sprout sprouter & sometimes a jar. I ordered the easy sprout

sprouters on amazon.com for $12 & free shipping. I really like them. I will

probably buy a few more...I use jars when my easy sprouts are in use. I just

recently got into sprouting & LOVE sprouts, greens & shoots.

Hi there and .

I use the Sprout Garden. Round Green Trays. I have two sets. Best money I ever

spent. They stack on on the other (you can see videos of them up on youtube).

Takes about 4 to 5 days depending on what I'm sprouting. I use them 3 times a

day. I bring a little baggy to my local breakfast cafe where I have my egg

sandwich topped with my lovely broccoli, fenugreek, clover, radish and sunnies).

I just add them to the sandwich and it's heaven.

At lunch I usually have a grilled tempeh on a beautiful colorful sprout salad

with whatever you usually add to salads. Sometimes I add some tuna or grilled

chicken, but usually it's Tempeh.

At dinner before my main meal I always have a sprout salad.

I also give them away to neighbors and friends.

My landlord is now sprouting chia and pea shoots in the back yard. I also gave

her a bag of sprouts to eat for herself because she has not been feeling that

good, she doesn't believe in doctors, etc.

I handed her the bag of sprouts and said " humor me'. She laughed but she took

them.

I like everybody to be healthy.

lol

That was very informative.  You make your own, I  suppose.  they made it

sound easy but I'd be afraid I'd poison myself.  It sounds interesting.  I

wish I could go someplace like whole foods and try some of it out.  I can't

seem to add some of my favorites anymore as my yahoo headings or the things at

the top are gone now.  I am not sure what happened.  I don't like when they

change to something else as it confuses me.  I guess I don't take change as

much when I age.
