Yes, put them in the fridge. Some sprout will continue to grow, but at a slower

rate. They should be fine. I done it several time with no bad outcome.

Pause during sprouting

Hi, is it possible to " pause " sprouting by putting the Easy Sprouter in the

fridge for a day and a half? I am new at this, would like to have continuous

supply of leafy sprouts but may be gone for a weekend some times. If this can be

done, is there a stage in sprouting that it is not a good idea? Thank you for

your help!
