Robin,  do you use an air purifier?  I bought a oransi air purifier with a

hepa filter, I found that it helped me a lot.  I take it with me where ever I

go.  Tonight I am in hotel and have it running.  I also use UV filters.

Diane, this has to be a huge relief for you and good for me to hear progress is

possible. Thank you.

I think you are right as well.. the toxins are going to agravate the ANS. I need

to find balance or I will be in trouble. I cant deal with the up and down BP and

pulse one goes up the other down back and forth.

I thnk the RADS as Mayleen linked to is compounding the issue. I need to back

off. I think as well that three times a day should be fine.

I backed down to 1 tsp and still had tachy tonight. Not knowing what is causing

what is not helping but the chemicals have to be playing a role.. csm not sure.

Outdoor air quality questionable since I live across from a lake but I seem to

feel my body relax when i open the windows (just wish it was not cold here now).

Not wanting to take a chance after already ending up in hospital once and almost

going again a few nights ago.

We have a fmaily history of some pretty nasty dysautonomia.. my sister had wild

swings that would have killed some people.. a fact I try not to put on myself

but kind of hard not to.

Robin, I have used activated charcoal and a detox product called Intestinal

Tune-up by Honeycomb I ndustries.

My Intestinal Tune-up is in a powder form and contains many herbs such as

rhubarb root, plantago, psyllium seed, bentonite, cascara sagrada, capsicum,

garlic, rosehips, aloe, black walnut, senna leaves, flax seed meal  etc etc.I

liked both...The dosing depended .........on how I was feeling and how it

worked..

oh yes,, this is making tons of sense, Kathi. Thank you.

What products are you using and how do you dose that?

I didnt feel a inflammatory intensification as I expected like whole body

feeling like hit by a truck, rather its the ANS, adrenal strain.. it is just too

much.

Aller Air has carbon air purifiers for all types of uses and a few models for

MCS designed with as inert materials as possible. You could Google them.
