Thanks Lucie. The membership is 33 dollars for the first member and 20 for

each additional family member. So it would be 53 for both of us. OOps, I said

it was 55! I was wrong, it's 53! It sounds good to me!

I don't belong to a gym but I did a couple of years ago. I think that is

definitely a good deal! I paid, I believe, $28 a month 2 years ago and

that was on a special scholarship program according to my income at the Y. I

made a LOT less money than I do now so I would imagine that going back there

now would be A LOT more. I have been checking around at a few places over

the past couple of weeks and some of them are around $40 a month for me

alone!! Granted, some of them include all classes and no hidden costs for

the good classes (kickboxing, taekwondo, etc). I say go for it if at all

possible!! Good Luck!!

!!! 50$ for the both of you? or 50$ each?... if I assume

correctly, its 50$ for both of you, which is 25$ each (25$ u.s. in

canadian money is about 40$).... its a good price i would say, a bit

more than some other gyms but its a good price.. see I pay 39.95$ a

month (canadian funds) which comes about to 25$ u.s. and I have the

same stuff u have at that gym so I say its a good one. It maybe more

expensive than other gyms but u get more things to enjoy, a snack

bar,

massage therapist, etc... ( even have a pool at the gym i go to),

etc... I say go for it !!!!!!!

Lucie

who's glad she went back to her " old " gym

(...) They said for me and my husband to join it would be 55 dollars

a

month. I have no idea what the going rate for a gym membership is! Is

that a good deal? (...)
