I know , Kelman's attorney reads this stuff, probably via Sudakin (but

maybe not cuz he doesn't even put he was ever affiliated with VeriTox on

his CV).

So anyway, out in the hall after oral argument I said to Mr. Scheuer, " I

don't know why you keep doing this. It just gives me more fodder to

complain to the Federal government " .

To which his reply was a snicker. Says much.

We'll see.

Not really. He understands that my writing that I was sued for in 2005 is

100%. He understands that even though I correctly stated the money was

for the US Chamber paper, Not ACOEM's, that the Fourth District Division One

Appellate court went out of their way to make it look like I accused Kelman

of getting caught lying about being paid to author the ACOEM paper. But I

don't think he understands he holds billions of dollars and thousands of

lives in his hands. I'll get there;.

I think it it terrible that there are lawyers and people that are in the

business to hurt the sick and have cause such suffering for so long.
