Guest guest Posted September 4, 2010 Report Share Posted September 4, 2010 A friend of mine cultures almonds. He soaks them in water & they swell & ferment. He eats it right away since they'll go bad. Sounds unhealthy to me. He was just given 6 months to live - liver cancer. He is now grain-free - eating raw greens. I have to give him credit for his extremely healthy diet for the passed 37 years. But I wonder about the almonds. Sounds gross to me. Any thoughts?
