Did you go to the web site to see the photo?  You can see the beans in there

too. I imagine you add them when you put all the veggies together and they get

cooked - they show it in foil and cooked on grill until all is tender but not

sure why couldn't cook it in a pan and then squeeze it together for burgers.

Want the potato and zucchini cooked but not crispy as need that starch of the

potatoes and beans to hold it all together.  I have never done a veggie burger

though I have eaten a few in restaurants.  This one just sounded good with the

potato and beans in it as I like those.  Zucchini I still like to disguise or

cook with yellow squash though I can eat a little in a salad.  So the burger

sounded good.  Then they don't give the right directions and leave out the key

item.  And worse, I didn't even notice it.

Thanks! The black beans probably have to be cooked before using. I would

think if they are mushed they might add some " sticky " to the patties.

They must have fixed it as it wasn't there yesterday. I tried to send messages

about adding it and maybe they saw it.  I'll be back checking it again.

Thanks.

You are right, it is a totally different recipe but I looked at it yesterday and

it wasn't like that at all.  Maybe they got their recipes mixed up.  But the

photo was the same.  Oh well, at least this one was different.  Sounded a bit

too complicated for me though with all the thai sauce,e tc.
