I know , Kelman's attorney reads this stuff, probably via Sudakin (but

maybe not cuz he doesn't even put he was ever affiliated with VeriTox on

his CV).

So anyway, out in the hall after oral argument I said to Mr. Scheuer, " I

don't know why you keep doing this. It just gives me more fodder to

complain to the Federal government " .

To which his reply was a snicker. Says much.
